Section 01 — Mindset

The Nine Stances

We transfer the stance before the tools. Each stance has an observable behavioral indicator — assessed by behavior, never by self-report.

M-01Ambiguity tolerance

Moves before requirements are final. "It isn’t decided yet" is never a reason to stop.

On the floorSplits incomplete instructions into what to confirm and what to start — then starts.

Run together, put into words, let go — people grow in that order only. Standard duration: three to six months.

We enter your floor and run the target process together. Your operator watches from the next seat, takes parts, and gradually takes the wheel. What never transfers through slides — the breathing of judgment, the nose for danger — transfers only here.
